Sandy Claws is Coming To Town

This special holiday adoption features Cosmo, the Zoo's very popular desert Sand Cat.

The adoption package is packed with delight. It includes:

An adorable, cuddly plush Sand Cat,
A festive Certificate of Adoption, and
A Fact Sheet on the lives and habits of Felis margarita, this feisty desert species.

On a more personal level, the package also includes
A photo of Cosmos himself,
A copy of Cosmo's actual paw print, and
A card printed with a personalized messages from you (if you tell us what to say).

Printed images of holly and pine branches add a festive touch to the cards, photograph, and certificate—and green, crinkly packing material will protect the plush and cards during shipping.

This snugly holiday gift will also benefit the North Carolina Zoo. Eighty-five percent of the proceeds support the Zoo's animal enrichment programs and the remaining 15 percent supports Zoo horticulture.
