Zoo Society Gift Cards

A $1 processing fee is added to the price of each gift card.

Before making an online purchase, be aware that the Zoo Society does not mail or email gift cards to buyers or gift recipients. Cards must be picked up in person at the Earth Explorer gift shop in the North American entry plaza. The person picking up the card or cards must present a digital or printed copy of the receipt emailed from the web store at the time of the purchase and a picture ID that identifies them as the buyer in or the authorized recipient of the gift card.

Buyers and authorized recipients can also present these two documents at the Zoo Society’s members-only ticket booth (booth number 6) to enter the Zoo and go to the gift shop to pick up their cards. Cards must be picked up during the Zoo’s regular operating hours—when the Zoo is open to the public.
